Man's New Best Friend: AI and the Future of HR

Vargin Yeke is a Senior Director with ChapmanCG based in Singapore. He works closely with the global team to identify first class HR talent in Singapore and across the Asia Pacific region, with a particular focus on HR leadership roles in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia across all sectors.
Vargin began his executive search career almost a decade ago in the UK, where he successfully led teams focused on various industries, eventually specialising in Human Resources. Originally from Istanbul, he has previously lived and worked in Turkey, the UK, Thailand and Singapore, where he covered the APAC region.
An international-level water polo player and coach, Vargin has represented his club and country in multiple competitions in Europe for over 10 years. He is now a keen triathlete and a qualified triathlon coach with multiple podium finishes across APAC. Vargin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation & Interpretation from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey.

Andrea Merrigan is a Director with ChapmanCG based in Singapore. Andrea works closely with the APAC team to deliver regional searches for ChapmanCG’s major clients across a range of industries, and identifies high-calibre senior HR executive talent focusing specifically on Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Andrea was an HR recruitment specialist with Profile Search & Selection in Singapore and a Talent & OD Professional, working both in consulting and in-house.
Andrea is originally from the Republic of Ireland and has spent over seven years living and studying in New York, Hawai’i, China, Japan and Singapore. Outside of work Andrea loves to travel and dance. She is part of a salsa performance team and is passionate about Brazilian Zouk.

Georgie is a Director with ChapmanCG and is based in Singapore. With more than 15 years of experience in executive recruitment, she works with the team to identify high-calibre HR talent across the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Georgie held senior management positions at various international search firms. From 2006 to 2009, she was based in Shanghai where she double-hatted as General Manager and Head of the HR practice group. In her earlier life, Georgie spent time in the financial services sector where she led the Singapore/Asia businesses for well-known international companies. Georgie started her career as a journalist in the energy markets.
A disciplined and focused individual, Georgie is an avid reader and exercises regularly. She counts the analysis of financial statements as a hobby and continues to travel extensively.

Tracy is a Hong Kong-based Director with ChapmanCG. Through significant in-depth research and leveraging regional and global HR contacts, she identifies HR talents across Asia Pacific for strategic HR appointments, with a spotlight on HR leadership roles across all sectors in markets including Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Malaysia and Singapore.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Tracy worked for a leading national education firm where she was responsible for client management and business development, with a strong focus on both regional and global hiring. She managed the end-to-end onboarding process of high-caliber candidates, while overseeing the consistency of corporate branding. Her passion to foster strong client relationships, combined with a focus on economics, helped to drive revenue growth across tangential markets in her previous employment.
Before relocating to Hong Kong, Tracy resided in Singapore, and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore. She is an avid traveller and has backpacked across Europe and the US, and has also visited other regions. Passion mixed with compassion aptly sums up her outlook towards life.
