Consulting TeamAbby is a Managing Director with ChapmanCG’s EMEA practice. She leads complex searches across the UK, Continental Europe and the Middle East, and works closely with the global team to identify senior HR leadership talent across the region.
Abby has enjoyed over 20 years working in the executive search industry, based in both London and Dubai. Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Abby worked with a major international search firm and a boutique legal search business, leading teams and advising clients on senior level executive assignments across Europe and the MEA region. She has an excellent reputation for her consultative approach.
Outside of work, Abby can be found buried in cookery books, preparing for half marathons and looking after her two young and very active daughters. She is an avid skier and is always looking for new travel opportunities. Abby holds a Bachelors Degree in Modern Languages (German and Italian) from University of Exeter.

Consulting TeamChristopher (Chris) Kouns is a Director with ChapmanCG, based in Atlanta, GA. Chris leads searches across North and South America and represents US and Americas based talent internationally via ChapmanCG’s consultant network. Since joining the firm, Chris has enjoyed success identifying HR leadership talent on behalf of complex and highly matrixed public companies, private equity, and pre-IPO organizations. Chris is known for working quickly and creatively, producing positive outcomes for ChapmanCG’s clients in talent-short locations and where hard-to-find ‘unicorn’ profiles are required.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Chris was a Senior Executive Search Consultant with a leading search firm. In that role, he appointed Director and Vice President level leaders in Fortune 500, mid-size, and start-up environments. Earlier in his career, Chris spent 20 years as a collegiate soccer coach. He led his Capital University (OH) team to the NCAA Final Four, was a finalist for the NCAA National Women’s Soccer Coach of the Year, and is the author of two books for World Class Coaching Publications.
Chris holds a BA from Mars Hill University and completed master’s coursework at UPENN. He enjoys travelling and is a founding member and season ticket holder for Atlanta United.

With over 20 years in executive search, Graham has a successful track record delivering across multiple industry sectors and specialist functions with many of the top global multinationals. He has a deep interest and knowledge of the HR profession, future of work, and is a big advocate of the importance of mental health and wellness in the workplace. Before a return to the UK in 2017, Graham spent seven years based in Singapore.
Graham’s personal interests revolve around his family, and you could find him either on the golf course or exploring a new city or coastline somewhere.

Consulting TeamHazel, originally from South Africa, is an Associate Director with ChapmanCG, and assists in identifying top HR talent for the EMEA team.
Hazel has previously held a role as a Regional Administrative Manager for Masscash (Walmart family group), a Wholesale/Retail organisation catering to the lower LSM groups. In this role Hazel had the unique opportunity to travel to various outlying and rural areas in Kwa-Zulu Natal, and meet some extra-ordinary people.
Hazel holds a BA Degree in Criminology with Psychology from UNISA (The University Of South Africa).
When not working you’ll most likely find Hazel in the gym, practicing yoga, or enjoying the occasional hike.
An avid reader, Hazel is always striving to broaden her knowledge base.
Katherine Qu
Managing Director
Consulting TeamKatherine Qu is a Managing Director based in Singapore. Since joining ChapmanCG in 2014, she has worked with the team across APAC and around the world to identify the top HR talent across Greater China, Singapore, SEA and APAC.
Before joining us, Katherine ran her own executive search business in Beijing focusing on senior executive roles for leading Chinese companies in the consumer, healthcare and real estate industries. She has also held positions with Hudson and Charterhouse Partnership leading the Healthcare practice and HR function respectively. Katherine’s corporate experience has spanned many different sectors with global leaders such as PepsiCo, Pfizer and Lenovo.
Born in China and educated in both China and the United States, Katherine achieved her Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She has worked in China, Singapore and the United States and speaks both Mandarin and English fluently.

Consulting TeamTim is a Managing Director with ChapmanCG, based in Spain. He conducts local, regional, and global HR searches for ChapmanCG’s European client base. Tim is originally from the UK and his roles have spanned the UK, continental and Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Australia.
Throughout his 20-year executive search career, Tim has been deeply involved in recruitment, talent management and consulting within HR. His extensive broad business exposure has helped him build a strong knowledge base across a variety of professional disciplines and sectors on a local, regional, and global basis. Prior to joining ChapmanCG, he was General Manager for Hudson in Australia.
Tim has a BA (Hons) in Business and Tourism Management from the De Montfort University in the United Kingdom and is currently learning Spanish. He also has significant experience as a lifeguard for Surf Life Saving Australia.

Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Finian led the Human Resources Practice of a leading regional search firm in Singapore where he was instrumental in building the business as well as successfully delivering senior HR mandates across various industry sectors in Asia Pacific.
Finian graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Commerce from The Australian National University and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from The Governance Institute of Australia. He is qualified as both a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Secretary. He speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese fluently.
