Albert Kwong
Chief Financial Officer

Albert holds the position of Group Chief Financial Officer based in Hong Kong, where he works across The Chapman Consulting Group, BeathChapman and RMI (our sister companies). His role is to oversee all financial aspects of the Group, alongside legal and compliance.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Albert spent more than 10 years as the regional CFO in Asia for a listed US recruitment firm. During this time, he helped to establish a number of offices for the company in key regional markets including Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul, Taipei and Tokyo. Albert has over 18 yearsā experience in the recruitment industry and has also led acquisition projects in China and Dubai.
Albert is a Certified General Accountant of Canada. He began his accounting career in Toronto, Canada and moved back to Hong Kong in 1991. Before he made the transition into recruitment, Albert worked in the hospitality and freight forwarding industries. Outside of work Albert enjoys playing tennis, watching movies and good food.

Anna Taylor

Anna is a Senior Director with ChapmanCG, responsible for senior HR searches in the United States. She has been with ChapmanCG since 2015 in various roles around the world.
Originally from New Zealand, Anna has over 15 years of US and international search experience. In her current position, she leads regional and global HR searches across a variety of industries and HR specializations. She is most often called upon to lead heavily nuanced VP, SVP, EVP, and CHRO searches which require a creative approach and hard-to-find HR skillsets. A super-user of ChapmanCGās technologies, processes and methodologies, Anna acts as a mentor to the global consulting team on best search practices.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, she worked for a boutique technology search firm specializing in helping both multi-national corporates and venture capital funded start-ups expanding throughout Europe and the Middle East.
Anna has an MSc in Psychology from Canterbury University. She enjoys travel, yoga, and the odd half marathon in her spare timeāalthough she can be easily convinced to postpone a training session for good wine with friends instead.

With over a decade of expertise in HR search and consulting, Kalkin brings in-depth market insights and observations during the rapid evolution of the Human Resources profession in China.
Kalkin is passionate about helping both HR leaders and emerging HR talent to unlock their true potential and fulfil their career ambitions by opening career opportunities aligned to their values.
Born and raised in Shanghai, Kalkin is a citizen of the world and enjoys travelling, as well as spending quality time with his family and friends.

Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Kate worked as an Executive HR recruitment specialist,Ā coveringĀ the full range of HR disciplinesĀ in Australia and APAC, from senior specialist toĀ executive leadership roles, as well asĀ leadingĀ multi-disciplinary recruitment teams.
Kate has a passion for learning and development, and ongoing professional development, aĀ specialisationĀ thatĀ translates to her consulting and advisory work. KateĀ alsoĀ has a reputation as a source of knowledge relating to HR best practice and current trends.

Elaine is a Director, based in Singapore. Originally from Singapore, she has lived in Australia, Macau and Hong Kong. She relocated back home to Singapore in mid-2020, after spending over a decade in Hong Kong, where she specialised in recruiting for the HR discipline, predominantly for the professional services sector and financial institutions. At ChapmanCG, Elaine works closely with the Asia and global consulting team to identify high calibre and progressive HR talent and delivering search work across every sector within Southeast Asia and pan-Asia.
Elaine graduated from the University of South Australia with a BA in Communications. She is passionate about building long-term relationships within the HR and business communities. Outside of work, Elaine loves spending time with her husband and two young children.

Stanislav Medvedev is a Director with ChapmanCG based in Berlin and is responsible for search mandates across Germany and Europe while keeping close contact with our local networks. Stanislav, who speaks German, English and Russian, has fifteen years experience with serving clients in Germany, UK and Eastern Europe.
In his last role with Egon Zehnder, Stanislav led global operations in the services sector. Building on his experience across industries he successfully executed client projects inĀ various sectors across functionsĀ includingĀ Human Resources.
Stanislav started his career with McKinsey where he worked on client projectsĀ across industriesĀ and set up and developed the Moscow research team. This was followed by nine years with Munich Re where he worked as sales manager for global clients in property reinsurance.
Stanislav studied Business Administration and Economics in Germany, Russia and South Africa.
In his free time, he enjoys travelling, snowboarding and hiking.

Devijaya Nair
Associate Director

Devijaya (DJ) Nair is an Associate Director with ChapmanCG based in Hong Kong. She partners with CHROs across industries to identify and successfully hire top-HR talent pan-Asia, with a specific focus on the Hong Kong, Southeast and South Asia markets. Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Devijaya specialised in HR business partnering and talent acquisition within the private banking, general insurance and retail sectors in Mumbai, India.
Born and raised in Mumbai, India; Devijaya relocated to Hong Kong in 2018 with her husband and son. She has a Postgraduate in Human Resource Management and holds a Bachelorās Degree in Management with honours in Marketing from Mumbai University. Outside of work, Devijaya enjoys travelling, exploring different cuisines and performing Bollywood & Folk dance. She is trained in an Indian Classical Dance form called Bharatanatyam.

Lorraine Hwang

Lorraine is a Senior Associate based in Shanghai. She works closely with the APAC team to identify top HR talent across Asia, with a particular focus on mainland China.
Prior to joining the recruitment industry three years ago, Lorraine had developed a strong interest in organisational and people development and this has become a perfect career to balance her passion and professional development.
Born and raised in Guangzhou, Lorraine has spent the last eight years living and working in Shanghai. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She is a fitness enthusiast and is a regular Cross-Fitter. She also enjoys reading, hiking and socialising with her friends.


Hazel Steveni

Hazel, originally from South Africa, is an Associate Director with ChapmanCG, and assists in identifying top HR talent for the EMEA team.
Hazel has previously held a role as a Regional Administrative Manager for Masscash (Walmart family group), a Wholesale/Retail organisation catering to the lower LSM groups. In this role Hazel had the unique opportunity to travel to various outlying and rural areas in Kwa-Zulu Natal, and meet some extra-ordinary people.
Hazel holds a BA Degree in Criminology with Psychology from UNISA (The University Of South Africa).
When not working youāll most likely find Hazel in the gym, practicing yoga, or enjoying the occasional hike.
An avid reader, Hazel is always striving to broaden her knowledge base.

Lourdes is a Senior Associate who works on HR generalist and specialist searches in North America across all industries. Her focus is on high-potential HR talent with digital, change and transformation skills and experience.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Lourdes spent seven years recruiting in different industries such as digital and technology, oil and gas, manufacturing and financial services helping top-tier clients with Board and Chief Executive positions and became a specialist in financial officers positions.
Lourdes has a bachelorās degree in Psychology from the Technological University of Mexico and a diploma in Logotherapy. Before starting her executive recruiter career, Lourdes was an elementary school teacher for four years. She spends most of her downtime surfing, doing yoga and reading.

Claudette joined ChapmanCG in 2013 as a Research Associate in the Research and Market Intelligence Team.Ā She assists in identifying top talent for HR searches around the globe and is based in the Philippines.
Claudette previously held a role as a Research Manager for a Search Firm in the Philippines and has also been a Freelance Researcher for various Multinational Companies.Ā She holds a Bachelor Degree in Nursing & Associate Degree in Medical Transcriptionist.Ā In her spare time, Claudette enjoys reading, surfing and playing volleyball.

Zihle Somtunzi

Zihle is a Research Associate with ChapmanCG and is based in South Africa. She assists in identifying top HR talent for the global team.
Zihle has previously held a role as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant for Communicate Recruitment, a Recruitment Agency specialising in I.T, Finance and Engineering across South Africa. In this role, Zihle had the opportunity to connect and build relationships with professionals in the Manufacturing industry.
Zihle holds a BCom Degree majoring in Human Resources, Marketing and Business Management from CTI Education Group.
When not working, youāll most likely find Zihle travelling and exploring new places or spending time with family

Kashtin De Souza

As an Associate at ChapmanCG based in Vancouver, Canada, Kashtin supports HR searches across North America, finding creative and high-potential talent solutions for our clients.
Before joining ChapmanCG, Kashtin worked for an international technology company that delivered websites, mobile applications and Microsoft solutions. He joined as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, assisting with logistics, business administration and sales functions.
Kashtin is a former varsity volleyball student-athlete with the University of British Columbia Thunderbirds and Red Deer College Kings. Outside of work, Kashtin enjoys running, hiking, singing, and dancing. He is an avid study of business literature, personality theory and depth psychology.

Susanne is a Research Associate with ChapmanCG and is based in the UK. Originally from Austria, she supports our team in the DACH region and across the EMEA region to identify top HR talent for the global team.
Before joining ChapmanCG Susanne worked in marketing and product management for medical device companies both in Austria and the UK.
She lives with her husband and young children in London. In her spare time, Susanne enjoys bike rides or going for a run in nearby Richmond Park. She is also a keen lover of Japanese cuisine and loves trying new restaurants.

Jessilyn manages the Executive Support Team at ChapmanCG and is also the Executive Assistant to Matthew Chapman. Jessilyn is responsible for all strategic administration aspects for the firm and is based in Singapore.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Jessilyn was a Team Coordinator with Hudson, focused exclusively on the HR profession. She has over fifteen years’ experience as an administrator, and her career has included time with Fujitsu Asia, Insight Marine Services, Pacific Internet and NTUC Income.

Marq Lim

Marq is the Data Assurance Manager at ChapmanCG and is based in Singapore.
Marq has a background in customer service with Insight Technology Solutions and Moneyline Telerate.
He spent the earlier part of his career as a Combat Medical Orderly with the Singapore Armed Forces. Marq’s educational background is in Computer Studies. He is a citizen of Singapore and is married with one son.

Taylor Graham is the People and Culture Director at ChapmanCG and is responsible for all HR initiatives globally.
Taylor has over ten years experience in Human Resources across executive search, automotive and manufacturing industries. She is based in the United Kingdom and holds a CIPD level 5 qualification.
In her free time, Taylor is a keen equestrian and enjoys spending time with her two horses.

Ben Sim is Group Meeting Manager and is based in Singapore. Ben leads the events team in APAC supporting our consulting team to manage HR networking events across the region.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Ben worked in the security industry for six years servicing multinational clients such as Motorola, HP and Dupont. Ben earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Western Sydney.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys reading, swimming, and currently participates in shooting with the Singapore Disability Sport Council.

Gary brings a wide range of experience to these varied responsibilities, with the common thread of project management and process development.

Karen is a UK based Executive Assistant supporting the EMEA team and also manages the EMEA Executive Support Team.
Karen has fifteen years of experience working in a PA/EA capacity and she has worked across various sectors, including private equity, real estate, scientific research, and architecture.
Originally a music graduate from the University of Manchester, Karen now spends most of her free time hiking and also enjoys baking.

Helena Lundberg Sutton
Creative Brand Manager

Responsible for ChapmanCG’s brand profile, Helena works in close partnership with our Marketing Director to provide creative direction on all external and internal communications.
With a background in hotel marketing, Helenaās previous experience include over a decade with Hilton Hotels & Resorts in London and the Middle East. Passionate about writing, Helena particularly enjoys working across brands and confidently adapts her communication style to her intended audience.
Originally from Sweden, Helena studied Business with a focus on Tourism and Hospitality at Macquarie University in Sydney and has since topped up her academic credentials with a Chartered Institute of Marketing Post Graduate Diploma from London School of Marketing.
Outside of work Helena spends time at the beach in Dubai where she lives with her Australian husband and two daughters.

Philip Loh
Market Insight Analyst

Philip Loh joined ChapmanCG in 2012 as Market Insight Analyst for the Market Insight Team (MIT) and is based in Singapore. MIT is a unique and highly trained team working alongside the recruitment consultants to track real-time HR market intelligence and top HR talent around the world. Philip assists Ben Sim in this team to manage multiple research projects for global candidates in key HR roles.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Philip worked in an educational institute where he supported Senior Executive Officers in translating articles and publishing reading materials. Philip also ensured workshops and events were successfully run.
Philip holds a Diploma in Chinese Studies, graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore.
An avid reader and writer, Philip also enjoys creating content regularly for his personal micro-blog. In his spare time, he writes reviews, accompanied by photos, of his favourite ramen restaurants and the many books he reads.

Azzurah Begemann
Group Meeting Manager

Azzurah oversees events for EMEA and works with our consulting team to project manage timelines and invitations. She also liaises with hosts and host assistants on logistics to make sure everything runs smoothly.
A certified Supply Chain professional, Azzurah has an extensive background in Supply Chain management working in Inventory management and procurement. Before joining ChapmanCG, Azzurah took time out to be a full-time parent, moved to South Spain and built a holiday rental business.
When she’s not event organising, Azzurah is a mum to a teenage son, enjoys cooking and is a CrossFit enthusiast.

Kumar Adiapatham
Data Analyst

Kumar has been a Data Analyst with ChapmanCG since 2012. Before joining our team, he served in the army for ten years, eventuating to his promotion to Staff Sergeant.
Kumar spends his time outside of work practicing shooting as a sport with Singapore Disability Council having represented Singapore for the ASEAN Para Games. Kumar also likes to relax with a spot of fishing.

Chui Chui Mu
Market Insight Analyst

Chui Chui Mu is a Market Insight Analyst for the ChapmanCG Market Insight Team (MIT) and is based in Malaysia. MIT is a unique and highly trained team working alongside the recruitment consultants to track real-time HR market intelligence and top HR talent around the world.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Chui Chui worked in the financial institutions, financial subsidiaries and NGO such as Scope International Sdn Bhd, Hume Cemboard Industries and Society for the deaf. Chui Chui earned a Bachelor degree in International Financial Economics from the University of Malaysia Sabah Labuan International Campus.
Chui Chui likes to spend her spare time with her family and with Soka Gakkai Malaysia (SGM), an organisation that promotes peace in society through cultural exchanges and humanistic education.

Andrea Chong

Andrea Chong is a Market Insight Analyst with ChapmanCG’s Market Insight Team (MIT). Andrea is based in Sabah, East Malaysia and works with MIT team leaders to assist recruitment consultants in their search efforts.
She also supports with event coordination to ensure our ChapmanCG HR leaders roundtables run smoothly.
Andrea completed an internship at a local theatre before joining ChapmanCG.
She holds a Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration, and a Diploma in Performing Arts. She enjoys reading and writing fiction, singing and playing the guitar.

Zuraidi Zainal

Zuraidi is and Executive Assistant with ChapmanCG and is based in Singapore. Zuraidi facilitates HR searches and assists ChapmanCG’s senior leadership team by arranging interviews for candidates and clients as well as other administrative duties.
Zuraidi graduated from the Millennia Institute in 2013 with an A-Level Certificate and joined ChapmanCG in 2015 as an Executive Assistant.
Zuraidi’s hobbies include gaming, watching movies and reading the occasional book

Olivia Fee
Executive Assistant

Olivia is Executive Assistant for the EMEA region and is based in the UK.
Olivia has a background in broadcast television and for sixteen years she worked on countless documentaries. Before leaving to join ChapmanCG, she spent 10 years as a Production Manager for Bskyb; her specialism was producing and directing voiceovers for historical documentaries.
When off duty, Olivia is a mum to two energetic young daughters and a yoga enthusiast.

Pei Pei Ng
Operations Analyst

Pei Pei Ng oversees events for ChapmanCG and works with our consulting team to project manage timelines and invitations. She also liaises with hosts and host assistants on logistics to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Pei Pei worked as a transcriber with the National Institute of Education. In this role, she was responsible for transcribing lessons and interviews for quantitative and qualitative research. She also worked for WordWave transcribing court hearings, arbitrations and police interviews.
Pei Pei holds a BSc (Honours) in Management from the University of London.
In her spare time, Pei Pei enjoys baking, reading, watching informational programmes, learning new things, solving puzzles and analysing problems.

Jess Lee

Jess is an Executive Assistant in ChapmanCG, and is based in Singapore. She facilitates HR searches and assists the senior team in arranging interviews for candidates and clients and other administrative duties.
Prior to joining The Chapman Consulting Group, Jess worked as Customer Service Officer handling a variety of customer queries for NCS’S NS CALL Centre, a 24/7 hotline for the Singapore Arm Force.
Jess has also worked with large firms such as Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), ExxonMobil and KPMG.
In her spare time, Jess enjoys outdoor activities.

Sean is an Executive Assistant in ChapmanCG, and is based in Singapore. He facilitates HR searches and assists the senior team in arranging interviews for candidates and clients and other administrative duties.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Sean worked as Training Specialist at Singapore Armed Forces handling on NS man and also train them with new equipment.

Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Jason worked as Transport Supervisor at Singapore Armed Forces, which included handling vehicle scheduling and servicing.

Patrick Ang
Executive Assistant

Patrick Ang is an Executive Assistant with ChapmanCG.
In this role, he supports the consulting team with arranging calls and meetings, as well as diary and schedule management for the senior leadership team.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Patrick worked with Amex. He graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Biotechnology.
Patrick’s hobbies include gaming – he dreamt of becoming a professional gamer when he was younger – and he is interested in all things IT related.

Mary Samy

Mary is an Executive Assistant based in Singapore. In her role as EA Mary facilitates HR searches and assists the Consultants by arranging interviews for candidates and clients and other administrative duties.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Mary worked as Customer Service Officer troubleshooting kiosk technical problems and handling a variety of customer issues for Play! Entertainment, a network of automated DVD movie vending kiosks.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys reading and baking.

Eugene Tan

Eugene is an Executive Assistant with ChapmanCG based in Singapore.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Eugene worked as a DBS Bank intern, and completed his Singapore National Service.
He graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic in 2013 with a Diploma in Engineering Informatics, majoring in Logistics.
Outside of his role with ChapmanCG, Eugene likes to spend time with his family, going to the gym and breakdancing,

Nancy is an Executive Assistant for ChapmanCG in the Americas region and is based in New Jersey.
With nine years of administrative experience, Nancy has worked across a variety of industries ā including insurance, tax, and staffing. Nancy is a graduate of Bentley University, Waltham, Massachusetts with a B.S. degree in Marketing.
In her downtime, Nancy is kept busy with her son and twin daughters and enjoys baking and crafting.

Kaswati Jumadi

Prior to joining the ChapmanCG team as an Executive Assistant, Kaswati had been working with Hudson Global Resources for 11 years as Administrative Assistant.
Kaswati is a mother to two girls, who keep her very busy. Together they enjoy listening to music and watching reality TV programmes, especially competitions and races!
Based in Singapore, Kaswati enjoys also enjoys bowling, movies and the occasional road trip across the causeway.

Glen Tan
Executive Assistant

Glen Tan is an Executive Assistant with ChapmanCG, and is based in Singapore.
He assists the consulting team in arranging calls and meetings with clients and candidates, whilst also managing our senior leaders’ calendars and schedules.
Glen worked with F&N Coca Cola prior to joining the ChapmanCG team.
He includes sailing as one of his hobbies outside of his role with ChapmanCG.

Michaela Klotz
Executive Assistant

Michaela is an Executive Assistant based in the UK. She facilitates HR searches and provides administrative duties to the consultants and senior leadership team in EMEA by setting up interviews, calls and meetings and supporting with general diary management.
Originally from Germany, Michaela has previously worked as PA & Communications Lead in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
Michaela is a keen weightlifter in her spare time and enjoys travelling and cooking.
