The Human Resources Director EMEA leads the region, reporting to the EMEA MD with a functional line to the VP of Global HR. It acts as a strategic and commercial business partner, helping the organisation move into its next phase of maturity and growth while contributing to global HR priorities. The remit spans around 300 employees in the UK, a similar number in France, and smaller teams in Italy, Spain, Germany, Hungary, the Middle East and South Africa. The UK and France serve as key manufacturing and technical hubs within the region. A major focus will be building a brand-new plant in the Netherlands. The role oversees an established HR team structured around two key hubs: an HRD in France and a Senior HR Manager in the UK, with several HRBPs supported by a small payroll and administration function and a dedicated focus on well-being. The position is based in Dartford with approximately 25% international travel (with EMEA and occasionally to US and other regions).

The Regional Head of People, LatAm is a key leadership role responsible for leading the people agenda across over five countries in the region. The role reports to the VP, People, Americas, based in the US, and leads a regional HR team of approximately six to eight people, including HRBPs and HR support roles, while partnering closely with global Centers of Excellence. This role works closely with regional business leaders to support organizational growth, strengthen culture, and build strong teams. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Head of HR, SEA will lead the HR function for the Southeast Asia region across various ASEAN countries. The role is responsible for shaping and delivering the local people strategy in alignment with broader global priorities, ensuring that the organisation’s workforce, culture, and organisational capability effectively support business growth and performance. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the individual will partner closely with business heads, HR Centres of Excellence, and functional stakeholders to drive key people initiatives across areas such as talent development, organisational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement. The role will also oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring that people processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with both regulatory requirements and the organisation’s risk and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. A key element of the position will be leading and developing the local HR team while navigating a complex stakeholder landscape that includes works councils and employee representative bodies. The role requires a strong ability to influence, challenge, and guide senior leaders on people-related decisions, while fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that the organisation continues to attract, develop, and retain critical talent. This is a pivotal HR leadership role supporting enterprise-wide functions for multiple markets globally. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner Lead is designed as a succession opportunity for the Head of HR Business partner and will play a critical role in shaping the future of the enterprise’s people strategy. The mandate includes partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Legal, Strategy, and other enabling functions to drive organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, and leadership development.

The Chief People Officer will bring modern HR thinking, structure, and resources to build scalable processes, a lasting culture, and strong leadership capabilities. He or she will be charged with building a People function that supports a growing, multi-site business. This position will also serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and CFO and will work with these leaders to align people and business strategy. This is a broad generalist role, with an emphasis on talent and culture building. There will also be a focus on establishing repeatable processes and ways of working to drive long-term growth, performance, and accountability. This role will define and embed values and behaviors that foster engagement, safety, and collaboration. This is a hands-on role, with a good deal of building and heavy lifting to do, particularly in the first 12 months.

The CPO role could be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with travel. It will be critical that the CPO has led HR for an organisation or business unit with $1bn plus revenue and 5,000+ employees. Exposure to one or more of industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure and logistics in your career would be preferred.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Global Human Resources Business Partner will partner closely with the Chief Scientific Officer and their leadership team to shape and execute the people strategy in support of business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, the position will translate business strategy into effective talent, organisation, and culture initiatives while driving large-scale transformation across the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will lead a team of over 80 individuals and support over 10,000 employees.
