The Role
The GM HR Transformation involves leading a team of 15 individuals to implement and optimise a new HR operating model on a global scale. The primary focus of this transformation will be on change management and communication to improve processes and enhance employee experience. The core HR technologies have been successfully established, and the GM HR Transformation will be responsible for introducing a self-service model to further enhance efficiency. There is plenty of scope to add value by continually reimagining and optimising the HR operating model to improve employee experience and support future business growth.
The Individual
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in leading complete HR transformations in fast-paced corporate environments spanning several years. They must be able to establish HR self-service models with the help of digital technologies, followed by enhancing employee experience by further optimising HR processes and leveraging forward-looking technologies such as AI. Strong skills in change management and communication are crucial. The candidate should also possess exceptional leadership qualities and be able to influence people effectively. Additionally, the candidate should be commercially driven and propose reinvesting efficiency gains into other areas that can improve the overall employee experience. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, especially while communicating with board members and executives.
