We are delighted to partner with a Hong Kong-headquartered conglomerate operating multiple business lines. With a global presence, they are currently focused on strengthening their HR capabilities. We are working on a Group Head of Talent Acquisition position based in Hong Kong.

The Role

We are looking for a sophisticated and forward-thinking Group Head of Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will be responsible for re-engineering the candidate experience, leveraging your expertise in assessment and selection tools, TA strategy and workforce planning that align with the organisation’s goals. Additionally, you will drive the implementation of new technology solutions, streamline processes, and improve efficiency within the recruitment function.  

The Individual

The ideal individual will have a proven track record of leading a progressive TA function. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be essential in this role, as you collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive talent acquisition initiatives. You should be able to bring a strategic mindset, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to drive organisational success through effective talent acquisition strategies.
