The Company

We are representing a Singapore-listed real estate firm primarily involved in property investment and development with a predominant presence in Singapore.

The Role

The Head of HR will be responsible for supporting and driving HR strategies and developing strong working relationships with key senior stakeholders regionally. This role engages with senior C-suite leaders to address HR needs through identifying, proposing and implementing HR action plans. This individual needs to be proactive in identifying future needs including talent pipeline, succession planning and devising suitable HR strategies and processes accordingly to ensure successful implementation in the organisation. You’ll work very closely on key change projects with the CEO.  

The Individual

This individual needs to be a well-rounded HR Business Lead with extensive generalist grounding in matrixed multinational organizations, and a strong business acumen. Stakeholder management ability and relationship management skills will be key to the success of this position. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and interact across all levels of management, being highly proficient in managing change and cascading the message to all levels, will be required.
