Our client is a prominent global manufacturing provider of cutting-edge systems. With a strong focus on business transformation, the company aims to foster employee engagement, drive growth opportunities, and expand its service portfolio in the dynamic North Asia markets. We are delighted to work on a Head of HR role for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, based in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the APAC Head of HR, we are looking for an exceptional individual for the position of Head of HR for North Asia, responsible for driving the business transformation agenda within a highly collaborative and results-oriented environment. Working closely with business leaders, you will be instrumental in formulating a consistent business strategy across locations in the North Asia cluster. Your business partnership with the Managing Directors for the clusters will be crucial in achieving growth targets and enhancing market position.  

The Individual

The successful individual should be an accomplished HR leader with a proven track record in driving business transformation and fostering employee engagement. With a strong understanding of the North Asia markets, you should possess the strategic acumen to identify growth opportunities and develop comprehensive HR strategies.
