Our client is a public company and a leading global consumer goods organization with products that are household names. With a strong family of brands, it controls a significant share in its niche market. Recently, the company has embarked on a relocation of the business from coast to coast, creating a unique opportunity to play an integral role in the transition. The company has also recently implemented a SuccessFactors HRIS system and will require a strong functional lead to administer and manage the system. This role is based in Manhattan, New York.
Reporting to the Regional Director, Total Rewards & Mobility and working closely with Regional Total Rewards team, this role will play an integral part of the regional HR team by acting as regional SuccessFactors subject matter expert. In this role, you will serve as the primary systems administrator for SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, Onboarding) and manage future systems implementations. You will also liaise with other departments such as Finance, for questions regarding any HR systems and solutions, and support improvements that are system or out-of-system processes that interact with the HRIS.
We are looking for a business savvy and culturally astute individual that has a solid technical foundation of SAP SuccessFactors, and experience with process mapping and re-engineering. The ability to collaborate with multiple international stakeholders is a must. Proficiency with working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments is highly desirable, and the ability to be self-sufficient and to learn quickly is key.
