With a formidable presence in the Asia-Pacific region, our client stands at the forefront of industry innovation. We are looking for a Head of HR for Hong Kong and Taiwan, to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

The Role

Reporting to the APAC Head of HR, the Taiwan and Hong Kong Head of HR will play a critical role in driving culture change and business success. Responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, and implementing HR initiatives to support organisational objectives. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented HR team and contribute to the company’s growth and success.  

The Individual

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills and experience in MNCs or regional setups. The ideal individual will be comfortable in both strategic and hands-on roles, with a proven ability to work in dynamic environments. Fluency in English is essential, and experience in the FMCG industry is preferred but not required.
