The Role

The Head of HR in Japan will play a pivotal role in leading HR initiatives strategically. This role will drive the growth and profitability of the business, foster a culture of performance, influence decision-making, and translate strategic concepts into actionable plans. The Head of HR in Japan will also identify opportunities for process improvement, manage employee relations, interpret company policies, oversee overperformance management and compensation processes, and oversee organisational development and HR processes to enhance the team’s capabilities in Tokyo.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, over five years of progressive HR experience, and strong influencing skills, you possess excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities. Your results-oriented mindset, self-motivation, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office make you an ideal candidate.
