The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of Total Rewards, the North Asia Total Rewards Lead will play a key role in aligning and elevating compensation and benefits plans across diverse markets. The responsibilities will encompass conducting market benchmarking to ensure labor costs remain competitive. The role will actively participate in job architecture and evaluation, ensuring the establishment of a resilient and equitable compensation structure that aligns with the organisation’s strategic objectives.  

The Individual

The ideal individual will have a strong understanding of local regulations, particularly in Taiwan and Macau. They should possess a strategic mindset and the ability to handle different transformations within the organisation. You should have the potential to grow into larger roles and drive positive change within the company.
