The Role

As the Senior Director of HR for LatAm, the position embeds you directly into the heart of the company’s leadership team. This pivotal role makes you the region’s primary HR leader and integrates you into the strategic fabric of the operations. The role will report to a global leader stationed in the US. In this dynamic position, you’ll be an instrumental part of the leadership team, closely collaborating with the ELT and various General Managers across LatAm to drive the human capital agenda and foster a unified company vision. Your role will bridge the local and global strategies, ensuring a seamless integration of the organization’s philosophy throughout the Latin American markets. This leader must have experience in the complexities of working across varied jurisdictions, be committed to delivering exceptional end-to-end HR services, and be capable of adapting global strategies to local markets.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate for this position will bring a wealth of experience in innovation and HR transformation, crucial for navigating the complexities of a multinational organization spread across LatAm, and a good understanding of different regions‘ cultural nuances. Native Spanish plus fluency in English are essential, with proficiency in Portuguese highly valued. To be considered, potential candidates must be able to demonstrate a history of success and multiple promotions within a blue-chip global multinational environment. Additionally, previous experience in the US or a major European market will put you at an advantage. Applicants must have previously held Latin America pan-regional roles (country positions only will not be sufficient). Prepared to travel 35% to 50% of the time.
