We are working with a leading local conglomerate based in Hong Kong to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Group Head of Talent and Culture. With a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning multiple geographies, the company is committed to driving growth and innovation while maintaining a strong culture of excellence.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, the Group Head of Talent and Culture will play a pivotal role. This key position entails developing and executing talent strategies that align with the company’s overarching goals. This role will lead the design and implementation of talent development, and succession planning initiatives. Moreover, they will be responsible for driving cultural transformation initiatives to foster a high-performance and inclusive work environment throughout the organisation.  

The Individual

The ideal individual will have a strong background in talent management and cultural transformation within large and complex organisations. You should demonstrate a deep understanding of talent engagement, development, and retention strategies. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are essential. A proven track record of driving cultural change and fostering an inclusive work environment is also highly desirable.
