The Company

Our client is a leading financial services organization that has recently welcomed a new C-level business leader. With valuable experience from his previous role, he is expected to play a significant role in driving growth for the business. We are partnering with this company to find a Group Senior HRBP, based in Hong Kong, to support this growth strategy.

The Role

Reporting to the CHRO, you will partner closely with the management team to drive business change and business growth. We are looking for a sharp and capable individual who can contribute to impactful business discussions, transcending the traditional HR boundaries. The role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders to drive business results. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has the potential to grow into a larger role, potentially taking on a more senior position in the coming years.  

The Individual

The ideal individual should have strong HR expertise and business acumen. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, and driving initiatives forward. Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills are essential for success in this role. The individual should demonstrate a passion for the financial services sector and an understanding of the market landscape.
