The Role

The Country Head of Human Resources is a critical leadership role that requires close collaboration with the General Manager. As the champion of the HR agenda for various brands of different complexities, the role is both strategic and operational. The person in this role will primarily shape, lead, and oversee the effective implementation of the human resources framework to meet business objectives. They will be a strategic partner, subject matter expert, and the go-to person for all HR matters, including workforce planning, recruiting, people development, internal communications, and payroll for both retail and corporate levels.  

The Individual

We are searching for a skilled Human Resources leader who has a proven track record of effectively collaborating with senior leaders and implementing impactful HR strategies and people programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in partnering with businesses during a time of transformation or growth and must be adaptable and flexible to work on various business portfolios with varying degrees of complexity. The candidate should be willing to roll up their sleeves to drive operational issues on the ground. Strong communication and influencing skills are crucial for this role.
