The Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, the Corporate Learning and Development Lead has a unique opportunity to shape employee growth and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.  The Corporate L&D Lead will play a key role in driving the organisation’s learning and development strategy. Collaborating closely with HRBPs and TA teams, they will design and implement tailored L&D programs aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include developing leadership development programs, supporting early talent initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.  

The Individual

The ideal individual will have a strong L&D background in consumer goods and related industries, showcasing expertise in talent management, leadership development, and learning needs analysis. Exceptional consulting, coaching, collaboration, and communication skills are required to thrive in the dynamic and fast-paced environment. Regional experience in Hong Kong and Macau is highly valued, along with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across the organisation.
