Ben Davies is the CEO at ChapmanCG and is responsible for the continued expansion of the business globally.
He has played a pivotal role in driving ChapmanCG’s rapid growth across the Americas, EMEA and the Asia Pacific. Ben’s previous experience included leading senior executive search assignments for top multinationals in EMEA, North America and the Asia Pacific for ChapmanCG and prior to that, for the London office of Korn/Ferry International. His global mandate includes enhancing ChapmanCG’s ties with global client headquarters in EMEA and North America.
Ben is passionate about best practice executive search and recruitment methodologies and processes. As a result, he has a heavy focus on driving innovation internally at ChapmanCG. He also advises key clients as they build their businesses internationally, and in particular across rapid-growth and emerging markets.
Ben studied Sports Science at the University of Wales, Cardiff. He has successfully completed ultra-marathons in Mongolia and Ecuador.

Katherine Qu

Katherine is a Senior Director with ChapmanCG, based in Singapore. She works with the global team to identify top HR talent across Asia, North America, and Europe.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Katherine started her own executive search business in Beijing, which focused on senior executive roles for leading Chinese companies in the consumer, healthcare and real estate industries. Subsequently, Katherine held positions with Hudson and Charterhouse Partnership, a boutique executive search firm based in Singapore. Katherine has also had extensive industry experience across different sectors with global leaders such as Pepsi, Pfizer, and Lenovo.
Katherine was born in China and was educated in both China and the United States, achieving her Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She has worked in China, Singapore and the United States, and speaks both Mandarin and English fluently.

Nick Scheele

Nick Scheele is a Senior Director with ChapmanCG based in Japan. He works with the team to identify high-calibre HR talent in Japan and across the Asia-Pacific region. His main areas of focus are Head of HR, Senior HRBP, and functional HR leadership roles.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Nick worked as a Team Manager of the HR & Corporate Services at en world Japan for over four years. He specialised in HR-focused executive level searches across all industries. Nick started his recruitment career at East West Consulting in 2010, servicing all organisational needs in the consumer, mobile and automotive electronics fields.
Nick is originally from Christchurch, New Zealand and has been based in Japan for almost 15 years. He graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelors of Commerce majoring in marketing. In his free time, Nick enjoys cooking, photography, writing and exercise.
