Meet the Team

Frieder Rummel is an Executive Advisor for EMEA at ChapmanCG, based in Vienna. He works closely with Business Leaders, Chief People Officers and senior HR executives across the region, with a particular focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In parallel, he advises organisations as a leadership consultant and coach, supporting senior executives through periods of change and complexity.

Frieder brings extensive international experience built over decades in senior corporate roles. He spent 18 years with Procter & Gamble, 12 with Allianz, and three with The Hershey Company, working primarily as a member of business leadership teams and reporting to Country and Regional CEOs. His career has taken him across Europe and Asia, including long-term assignments in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and eight years in Asia.

While his core expertise lies in Human Resources, Frieder has operated at the intersection of business, technology and leadership. His roles have included Managing Director and Head of IT, as well as serving as a company spokesperson, giving him a broad perspective on organisational leadership, transformation and governance.

He is known for a pragmatic and considered approach, combining analytical rigour with deep organisational insight. Frieder supports leaders in navigating complexity, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning people strategy with business performance.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Philipps University Marburg and a Doctorate in Mathematics from Technical University Darmstadt.
