Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Georgie held senior management positions at various international search firms. From 2006 to 2009, she was based in Shanghai where she double-hatted as General Manager and Head of the HR practice group. In her earlier life, Georgie spent time in the financial services sector where she led the Singapore/Asia businesses for well-known international companies. Georgie started her career as a journalist in the energy markets.
A disciplined and focused individual, Georgie is an avid reader and exercises regularly. She counts the analysis of financial statements as a hobby and continues to travel extensively.

Katherine Qu is a Managing Director based in Singapore. Since joining ChapmanCG in 2014, she has worked with the team across APAC and around the world to identify the top HR talent across Greater China, Singapore, SEA and APAC.
Before joining us, Katherine ran her own executive search business in Beijing focusing on senior executive roles for leading Chinese companies in the consumer, healthcare and real estate industries. She has also held positions with Hudson and Charterhouse Partnership leading the Healthcare practice and HR function respectively. Katherine’s corporate experience has spanned many different sectors with global leaders such as PepsiCo, Pfizer and Lenovo.
Born in China and educated in both China and the United States, Katherine achieved her Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She has worked in China, Singapore and the United States and speaks both Mandarin and English fluently.

Stephanie Nash is an Executive Advisor with ChapmanCG based in Singapore. She also co-founded Thrive HR Exchange with Matt Chapman, a partnership with Thrive Global Asia Pacific and Monash University which supports the global HR community with wellbeing at the core.
Stephanie has more than two decades’ experience as a human resources leader working across the United States, Asia, Australia and South America. During this time, she has served in senior HR roles for Fortune 500 companies, including Chief People Officer at RedMart, Vice President of Human Resources Asia-Pacific at Allergen, Senior Director Human Resources Asia Pacific at Microsoft, and Group Manager, Human Resources, Base Metals at BHP. Stephanie is currently the Chief People Officer for Circles.Life, which is the world’s first fully digital telco, revolutionising the industry by giving power back to customers.
Throughout her career, she has worked across a range of industries, business units, functional areas and geographies in local, multi-country and global capacities.
Stephanie is originally from the United States and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Syracuse University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Berkeley.

Vargin began his executive search career in 2007 in the UK, where he successfully led teams across various industry sectors, eventually specialising in Human Resources. Originally from Istanbul, he has lived and worked in Turkey, the UK, Thailand and Singapore.
An international-level water polo player and coach, Vargin has represented his club and country in multiple competitions in Europe for over 10 years. He is now a keen triathlete and a qualified triathlon coach with multiple podium finishes across APAC. Vargin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation & Interpretation from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey.
