Meet the Team

Paul (PJ) holds the position of Executive Director with ChapmanCG and is an advisor to the organisation’s senior management team, clients and candidates across the globe.

Based in Sydney, he works closely with colleagues in Australia, the Philippines, Japan and Southeast Asia. In the past, he has managed teams across APAC & ANZ, and delivered domestic, regional and global searches. Passionate about career coaching and relationship-building, he expertly leverages his networks and capabilities to match and advise leading companies through transformational change, including listed entities, private equity firms, and multinationals.

Before joining the ChapmanCG team, PJ spent eight years at Talent2 International as Managing Director of the recruitment business across Australasia. Prior to this he held various senior management roles with TMP Worldwide (NASDAQ Listed) and Morgan & Banks (ASX Listed).

Originally from Melbourne, PJ worked with the Essendon Football Club, Arthur Andersen & Co and Pacific Access. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University and has participated in professional development at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
These days PJ's personal interests revolve around his family and staying balanced. He is an avid lover of sport and has a passion for golf, football, and cricket.
