When multinational companies first entered China, companies looked abroad for international HR leaders to train their people on the ground. After these newly trained HR leaders grew their China experience, the market started to demand a need for both more internationally minded and culturally adaptive HR leaders. So where does that leave us now? The ChapmanCG team share their views on what makes an HR leader stand out in China.
For more of ChapmanCG’s thought leadership on the China market, see what Katherine Qu has to say about Matching Workforce Talent to China’s Productivity Challenge, originally published in Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management’s HR magazine, and hear our team’s view on What makes China’s HR Market so Unique in another informative video.
