The ChapmanCG Holds its First Webinar on HR Talent & Trends in APAC and Other Emerging Markets

On 1 August 2012, The Chapman Consulting Group held its first webinar to provide HR Leaders in the United States with an “on the ground” reporting of HR and talent trends across the APAC region. Hosted by Matthew Chapman, CEO and Stefanie Cross-Wilson, International President, the webinar was held as an inclusive, discussion-oriented presentation. Among others, topics included the war for talent between western and Asian companies, increasing mobility of talent across the region and how companies can best manage that to their advantage, as well as changes to the geographic coverage of HR roles and changes to HR delivery models.

The participants for this webinar included senior HR executives of multinational companies responsible for their company’s human capital management in the APAC region. The participants were provided with opportunities to comment and/or ask questions, which Matthew and Stefanie addressed. The feedback from the webinar participants was very strong and The Chapman Consulting Group is busy planning its next webinar presentation.
