The Company

Our client is a fast growth business in the marketing, digital and technology space. They have over 1,000 people across multiple geographies. The organization is an amalgamation of two businesses and they are in the process of integrating. The culture is vibrant, creative, innovative and they move at significant pace.

The Role

We are looking for a CPO to be based in New York who will build and shape the HR function. This business has grown to a level where foundations need to be put in place for a more progressive and sophisticated HR function. The role will cover strategic initiatives working closely with the CEO – across talent, leadership, culture, D&I, executive reward, change and transformation and integration. There will also be a highly hands-on dimension to ensure the right fundamentals are in place. The CPO will need to design and build a team and elevate the quality of the function quickly. There is significant growth planned ahead and key to this role is the need to create a sustainable structure.  

The Individual

The person must come with significant change and transformation experience, ideally with some M&A expertise. They will be a hands-on operator, with a high engine but they must have the gravitas to make an impact at the executive level. Ideally, they will be internationally minded. Technology and digital experience will be highly advantageous. They should bring energy, passion, resilience and a sense of humour.
