The company has been equally successful in the Asian marketplace with double-digit growth in 2021.

The Role

The APAC Talent Development Lead, will manage Talent Management initiatives at a regional level, developing a sustainable talent pool and pipeline to support the business needs. The APAC Talent Development Lead, will spearhead initiatives in line with the strategy and frameworks in Asia to ensure high-quality implementation in performance management, talent review, career path, and succession planning. In addition, the APAC Talent Development Lead, will work with the Global/Group Talent team to coordinate regional stakeholders and project teams, and be primarily responsible for the implementation of the Asian Talent program.  

The Individual

The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in a talent-related role for 5 to 8 years in a multinational environment, preferably from the Retail and/or FMCG industry. Proficiency in English is essential.
