The Company

We are partnering with a reputable local conglomerate with operations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, India, Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Australia. This industry leader is highly regarded for its commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. We are recruiting a Group C&B Director to be based in Hong Kong.

The Role

The Group Compensation and Benefits Director will report to the Group Head of C&B and will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for compensation and benefits across the company’s operations in China and other regions. This role requires extensive experience in China, a thorough understanding of executive compensation, and group-level experience. The Director will ensure that C&B programs align with business objectives, adhere to regulatory compliance standards, and follow industry best practices.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with at least 20 years of experience in C&B and a successful history of leading C&B programs in a complex, multinational organization. You must have extensive knowledge of C&B practices in China and be able to create and execute executive compensation programs that align with business goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, are crucial.
