The Company

We are partnering with a large organisation in the consumer and retail space. They have a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region with multiple lines of businesses, over 50,000 employees across 13 markets and a strong growth agenda.

The Role

Based in Hong Kong, this role is a critical leadership role within the People and Culture Function. Reporting directly to the Group Chief People & Culture Officer, the Group Head of Talent Management and Organisation Development will help modernise and professionalise the Talent function and help bring a best-in-class framework in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisation Design and Learning & Development. This involves all the areas including but not limited to defining values and behaviours, developing assessment frameworks, supporting engagement initiatives, and leading organisation design and change management. This is a senior leadership role with a large team of about 40 people across the region.

The Individual

We are looking for a well-rounded Talent leader with enough depth and breadth in the Talent Management and Organisation Development domain. Leadership experience in large and complex organisations is important given the scale and complexity of this role. A strong track record building and shaping the Talent function in a multi-business and cross regional capability would be ideal. While direct industry experience is not required, we would prefer someone who has relevant consumer exposure and demonstrates strong agility and adaptability.
