We are delighted to partner with a local conglomerate with a strong brand and presence across the Asia Pacific. As their business continues to grow, they are expanding their team, and we are seeking a Group Talent Assessment Leader to join their dynamic HR team based in Hong Kong.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Talent Management, the Group Talent Assessment Leader will be responsible for leading the organisation’s talent assessment strategy and processes, including identifying key competencies, designing assessment tools, and measuring effectiveness. You will collaborate with HR COE, HR business partners and business leaders to ensure talent assessment practices align with organisational objectives.
The Individual
The ideal individual should possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 20 years of experience in talent assessment, including experience in a leadership role. Essential skills for this role include strong project management abilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
