The Role

The Head of HRIS, APAC is a pivotal role within the Asia leadership team, strategically positioned to interact extensively with the C-suite. The company has made a substantial investment in HRIS and anticipates a measurable return on this investment. Initially structured as a strategic individual contributor role, the company envisions evolving this position into a leadership role with oversight of a team across the region. This dynamic role requires a significant travel commitment across the Asia market.  

The Individual

We are in looking for an experienced HRIS professional with a strategic mindset and a practical, hands-on approach. It is essential that the individual has extensive experience navigating the complexities of Asia’s HRIS landscape, showcasing a deep understanding of its nuances. The individual must also be comfortable with frequent travel and demonstrate adaptability to diverse work environments. Exceptional communication skills are paramount for effective engagement with C-suite-level stakeholders. The individual should possess the proficiency to convey technical aspects and confidently translate HRIS insights into strategic business value. Additionally, it is important to have a nuanced understanding of Asia’s diverse cultures, reflecting an awareness of the cultural sensitivities inherent in the role.
