This highly reputable listed organisation is one of the market leaders in its field, with a revenue of over USD 25K and employing a workforce of 50,000 individuals.

The Role

This newly created critical leadership role will report to the Group CPO and be responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies and the execution framework for over 50,000 employees across multiple business lines in 13 countries. Partnering with the C-suite executives and business leaders, the Group Head of DE&I will build a best-in-class practice that is aligned with the group strategy. This role provides the opportunity to build a robust ecosystem within the organisation and influence the senior leadership to take ownership of DE&I matters. The goal is to diversify the workforce with different skills and backgrounds, whilst ensuring an inclusive environment to help the organisation become an Employer of Choice.  

The Individual

This pioneering role requires an individual who is goal-focused, practical, resourceful, resilient, and pragmatic, and who enjoys being involved in the strategy and execution aspects of the job in a highly complex business. To be successful, the incumbent needs to have a solid foundation across HR Generalist, Talent Management OD with a specialism in DE&I.
