Our client is a global materials science and manufacturing company. Their products are used in nearly every major industry, including from medical to industrial to retail.
The Role
As the HR lead, this role will act as a senior HR partner to implement the global people strategy in line with business objectives. It will oversee frameworks that support employee performance management, workforce planning and employee engagement. It will be responsible for facilitating talent management, succession planning and developing strategic solutions to people development and retention issues. The Greater China HR Director will work closely with COE functions to provide world-class HR service to the business to build a high performing workforce across Greater China.
The Individual
To be a successful candidate in this role, you should possess a University/Master Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant majors. Fluency in English and Mandarin are required, Cantonese is preferred. You will have the ability to think broadly over long-term objectives with a good understanding of business strategy interdependencies, challenges, and opportunities. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication and organizational skills are key to this role. You will able to interface and present to senior leadership in a concise, well-planned, and clear manner.
