The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of HR, the Regional Group People and Data Analytics Lead will serve as the organisation’s central catalyst and business enabler to achieve best-in-class innovation and enterprise-wide people data and analytics capabilities. The Regional Group People and Data Analytics Lead will use data as a strategic advantage and differentiator to develop insights, generate intelligence, and drive decision-making across the organisation.  

The Individual

We are looking for an individual with 10 years of experience in a HR data and analytics lead role with experience in both data and analytics product and related engineering activities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as the role will be working across multiple regions.
