Our client is searching for an APAC Regional Head of Talent Acquisition based in Hong Kong. This highly visible business partner and leader will be responsible for designing and executing a robust, fit-for-purpose talent resourcing strategy for the APAC region; collaborating with business leaders, HR business partners, COEs, and a global peer group. The key objective is to transform the talent acquisition function to position the organisation for growth over the next three years. Through innovative, agile, and long-term workforce planning and resourcing interventions across 20 markets, the role will also include senior leadership hiring, planning for lateral recruitment and managing the early careers program. In addition, the APAC Regional Head of Talent Acquisition will act as a coach and mentor to the team.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding HR leader with significant experience of driving technology innovation (CRM, AI, ATS), change and results within a large and complex, transformative multinational organisation. Prior subject matter expertise in Talent Acquisition experience is desirable but not essential as the focus will be on creating, communicating, and executing the strategy, gaining strong followership from all levels of stakeholders. The candidate must have a track record of delivering and leading transformation and sustainable change in an international context – particularly in an environment where technology change and digitalisation has had impact.
