We are helping them recruit a Hong Kong Head of Human Resources who will play a key role in shaping their future growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Business, the Head of Human Resources for the Hong Kong market will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies for the organisation’s retail operations. The role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, working collaboratively with teams in merchandising, virtual merchandising, supply chain, and legal. This role will lead a team of two direct reports. The individual will also manage commission schemes and engage with retail staff and senior stakeholders across the organisation.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in HR leadership, preferably in the retail industry. Strong operational skills and the ability to manage complexity while maintaining a focus on strategic priorities are essential. This individual will be highly skilled in engaging with staff at all levels of the organisation, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. A deep understanding of the retail landscape, confidence, a hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations are critical.
