The Role
As a newly created role, the Learning and Capability Leader will be fully responsible in designing, developing the full spectrum of HR services and Talent Management initiatives for Asia and selective global technical academics on all learning aspects. Working closely with the US office, the position will be responsible for its employees in Asia and to influence senior leaders to make strategic decision on the learning, talent, and organization development initiatives that will best enable the targeted growth strategy.
The Individual
You should be able to demonstrate extensive experience in leading a wide range of strategic and change-based HR programmes including creating and/or applying talent philosophies and principles to talent management, organisation design and learning initiatives. Ideally you will have an advanced degree in OD, Learning or Psychology/Behavioural Sciences from an internationally recognised business school and have significant experience interacting with senior stakeholders on learning consulting, facilitation, talent management, change management and transformation.
