Fiona Jury is a Director with a focus on search delivery excellence at ChapmanCG.
Fiona's executive search and recruitment career spans over 20 years, working across multiple markets including Australia/NZ, Asia, the Americas and the EMEA. She strives to understand the unique needs of clients and uses ingenuity and judgment to identify and secure outstanding talent.
During her time with ChapmanCG, Fiona has delivered Chief People Officer, Global HR Director, Regional HR Director, Global Talent Head, Global Head of Reward, GM Health & Safety and many other high impact searches. She possesses experience across all industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, financial services, retail, healthcare, mining, professional services and IT & Telecommunications.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Fiona held a variety of leadership and senior consulting roles at Talent2 and at Morgan & Banks/TMP. Fiona originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant and spent her early career with Coopers & Lybrand. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Monash University in Melbourne.
Outside of work, Fiona enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children. Her interests include swimming, resistance training, podcasts, comedy, socialising with friends and anything to do with the microbiome.
