More companies now recognise that to be an ’employer of choice’, they need to have a standalone wellbeing strategy in support of their wider organisation strategy. This strategy reflects the growing recognition that businesses need to take a strategic and integrated approach to people’s health and wellbeing. At this recent ChapmanCG HR leaders roundtable co-hosted by Clodagh Logue and Sharon Corbett at the Fitbit offices in Dublin, a passionate group of HR leaders discussed tomorrow’s ’employer of choice’ being flexible, inclusive and a champion of wellbeing. Thank you to all the participants including and HR leaders who participated.
