Previous meetings held by Pfizer

Close to one hundred HR leaders came together and shared their thoughts and views on the theme of employee experience. Many different industries and types of organizations were represented at the sessions, including Pfizer, WeWork and Nike amongst others. Whether the business is B2B or B2C and is either well established or a young start-up, all expressed enthusiasm and focus on the topic of employee experience. A natural question for those who are just starting up was; why does employee experience matter?

ChapmanCG recently hosted six events in both Beijing and Shanghai, to discuss the importance of strategic workforce planning in a market like China’s. The Chapman Consulting Group held a series of meetings of China HR Leaders. The three day series of meetings were hosted by companies which included Bristol-Myers Squibb Deloitte, Pfizer in Shanghai and Lenovo, Nokia in Beijing. In attendance were a great group of participants, including representatives from Alcatel-Lucent, Bayer, CIGNA, Coca-Cola, Ford, Hewlett-Packard, Honeywell, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Mars, Motorola, Merck, Microsoft, Mondelez International, Novartis, PayPal, Philips, Thomson Reuters and Walt Disney.
