Previous meetings held by McGraw-Hill

The Chapman Consulting Group held a series of meetings of APAC HR Leaders in Singapore. The meetings were hosted by BP and McGraw-Hill. The meetings were attended by a great group of participants, including representatives from Accenture, Baker & McKenzie, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citi, GlaxoSmithKline, Hewlett-Packard, International SOS, NXP Semiconductors, Rolls-Royce, Schneider Electric, Standard Chartered Bank and Unilever.

These Global HR Leaders groups, held twice a year, bring together some of the most senior HR leaders in the world who, as part of their global remit, have a large focus on emerging and high growth markets. The Chapman Consulting Group’s Asia Pacific Series of HR Leaders Meetings has moved on to Japan, with six meetings in Tokyo over three days. These meetings each brought together around 20 HR Leaders from a wide cross-section of industries, and were held at the Japan headquarters of Siemens (Osaki), Symantec (Akasaka), Givaudan (Meguro), McGraw-Hill (Marunouchi), Nomura (Otemachi) and Salesforce.com (Roppongi). The meeting at Givaudan included a very interesting tour of the company’s flavours laboratory. On Thursday 25th April 2013, 19 Global Talent Acquisition Heads met for lunch at the world headquarters of McGraw-Hill, in New York, to discuss talent acquisition trends related to emerging markets across the world. In collaboration with Bradley Arnold and Gregory Karanastasis, Executive Recruiting and Global Mobility Heads, respectively, at McGraw-Hill, The Chapman Consulting Group (ChapmanCG) was represented by Matthew Chapman, CEO, who chaired the session.
