In February, we were hosted at Johnson & Johnson’s office in Tokyo for illuminating discussions around Johnson & Johnson’s commitment to HR that truly benefits employees. We were joined by HR leaders from Fujitsu Limited, GSK, Merck and Nissan Motor Corporation to name a few. It was a privilege meeting Johnson & Johnson’s CHRO, Peter Fasolo, Ph.D. Thanks to Mengjuan Li and Chiyo Okitafor organising. This session was well received by attendees, not only to garner what is occurring on the progressive HR scene but also for the opportunity to network with senior HR colleagues and share experiences.

In October 2016, ChapmanCG hosted a gathering of China Human Resources and Talent Heads at the offices of Johnson & Johnson in Beijing. The Chapman Consulting Group has just hosted its Quarterly HR Leader Update Series in China. The four events were held at Cisco, Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson and Deutsche Bank. The breakfast session at Johnson & Johnson and lunch session at Deutsche bank focused on Country and Regional HR Leaders.
