As a large baby boomer generation gets set to retire, inclusion of millennials and younger generations in the workplace is becoming a critical focus for HR leaders in China. In March, The Chapman Consulting Group brought together a group of Regional HR Leaders at EY’s APAC headquarters in Hong Kong. The meeting was attended by twenty regional Heads of HR, including representation from American Express, Baker & McKenzie, Coach, Fossil, Ingram Micro, Maersk, Prudential, PVH, and Schneider Electric. The Chapman Consulting Group and Ernst & Young co-hosted the Q1 gathering of the Hong Kong APAC HR leader community on Monday 11th March.
