ChapmanCG co-hosted the last London HR leader gatherings of 2015 during November with American Express and Atos Consulting. ChapmanCG’s latest series of HR roundtables took us to Shanghai where we were hosted by Ferrero, GSK, EMC and American Express. There were lively discussions on the talent life-cycle in all four meetings, and some interesting synergies became clear across all industries. Of particular interest was the link between Talent Acquisition and retention, and the general consensus was that retention and preventing attrition can and should start during the attraction and subsequent ‘courtship’ process. The Chapman Consulting Group held a series of Global HR Leaders meetings in the US. The meetings were hosted by Gap in San Francisco and Metlife, Macquarie and American Express in New York. More than 25 HR Leaders met in Malaysia at the offices of American Express in Kuala Lumpur last week as part of The Chapman Consulting Group 2014 Global HR Networking Series.
