On 17 April, ChapmanCG and Accenture co-hosted 25 APAC and International Talent Heads at the Accenture offices in Singapore to discuss innovations in organisational Learning & Development and Leadership Development. Representatives from companies as diverse as Adidas, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi, eBay, GroupM, Microsoft, Rolls-Royce, and others came together to discuss and exchange ideas on the current issues and developments in organisational learning. ​The Chapman Consulting Group’s Asia Pacific Series of HR Leaders Meetings has just finished with a great meeting in Manila, hosted by Accenture and attended by the company’s Global CHRO, Jill Smart. The Chapman Consulting Group (ChapmanCG) continued its APAC HR leaders series with a gathering of around 25 HR Heads in Bangkok, Thailand, co-hosted by Accenture. It was a high energy and engaged group, with a diverse range of companies represented including PepsiCo, American Express, Piaggio, Eli Lilly, Philips, DKSH, Avaya, BASF and HSBC. The Chapman Consulting Group is currently midway through a busy week in India of networking with our large network of Indian HR Leaders. The theme of the trip has been discussing the latest India and APAC HR Trends for Quarter 3 2011. Eli Lilly and Accenture hosted sessions in Gurgaon on 13 September. We moved on to Bangalore on 14 September for similar sessions at ING Group and Accenture again. The Chapman Consulting Group yesterday co-hosted an HR roundtable with Accenture for 25 select regional Compensation & Benefits Leaders. The discussion centred on current challenges for C&B in Asia, and the guests represented a senior cross-section from a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Logistics, Industrial and Pharmaceuticals.
