In announcing these changes, Matthew Chapman said: “Ben has been with ChapmanCG for eight years and Stefanie has been with us for seven years. Both have worked closely to develop our talented executive leadership team who have all contributed to where the business is today and will be critical to our growth going forward. In their new roles, Ben and Stefanie will be responsible for moving the firm to the next level and positioning ChapmanCG for the future.”
He added: “We are absolutely delighted to be able to promote two home-grown leaders into these key positions. Behind Ben and Stefanie we have a high potential group of leaders who are also able to assume expanded responsibility. Due to the depth of our global team, we will be able to keep raising the bar on the quality of the work that we do for our customers; and provide them with greater access to the world’s best HR talent.”
