The Role

The “People Partner Lead, China” role is a crucial HR position requiring the successful candidate to manage and lead a team of people partners responsible for addressing employee requests and optimising processes and policies. Additionally, the candidate will be an HR Business Partner working closely with key business stakeholders to develop and execute organisational, people, and leadership development strategies. This role is vital to ensuring the success of the company’s strategic initiatives, and the candidate will be a key driver in delivering these results.
