A high-end luxury retail organisation with a sizable regional presence in APAC and a growing presence in Indonesia.
Reporting to the APAC HR Head and based in Jakarta, this role will lead country HR, overseeing several high-end store locations in Indonesia. This is a holistic country leadership role aimed at upskilling the strategic HR business partnering capability in Indonesia in support of the growing brand presence and organisational infrastructure. The individual will be responsible for maturing the HR model and focusing on operational efficiencies whilst supporting and developing levels of employee engagement, talent development and cultural initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a highly energised HR business partner looking to take on a leadership role and continuing their development within a recognised global brand.
This individual will need to be an experienced generalist, capable of leading country operations and being the key HR business partner to the GM. They will need the ability to collaborate with regional HR leadership, in order to develop and align regional and local HR strategies. A confident people manager, the role will provide support to country HR operations with the assistance of a local HR team that will report into this position. Previous experience with luxury brands, hospitality or service organisations will be highly beneficial.
