The Role
This newly created Global HR Senior Director role will report to the Head of Human Resources. The role will serve as a strategic partner to each of the business leaders, and their ELTs, encompassing multiple brands under the broader organization umbrella. This leadership role will utilize a data-driven approach to redesign a strategic talent roadmap for the organization as it positions itself for future global expansion. This position will be the #2 HR leader in the organization and can impact a broad array of strategic initiatives by interacting with, and providing influence, at the board and compensation committee level. This position will also be focused on modernizing the HR function from a policies and program perspective. It will provide the practical roadmap for development of an HR function that is more strategic and efficient.
The Individual
The ideal candidate for the Global HR Senior Director role will be a polished, persuasive executive with an eye for detail and a willingness to address granular human resource issues to build a better foundation for the future. This individual will have a proven track record of effectively leading HR organizations through periods of transformation. They will be adept at change management and change communication, offering a calm hand to guide the ship as it moves farther from US shores. As a people leader, the Global HR Senior Director will have experience elevating team members’ capacity to better support the growth of the business from a consultative capacity. This leader will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to their work. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
