The need has arisen for this innovative technology based organization to upgrade the capability, leadership, and structure of its HR function in the United States. The HR model is rapidly evolving in the U.S. and as such a need has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Compensation & Benefits specialist to join the team. This position will be based in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources US and working closely with the global Head of Rewards overseas, you will play a lead role to enhance the regions Compensation & Benefits program. Acting as a subject matter expert you will be involved in the improvement of sales and long-term incentive plans, equity compensation, and harmonization of benefits. This will require managing and influencing multiple stakeholders as you drive change. In tandem with the global Head of Rewards you will provide both strategic and operational support to the creation of programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talent within the industry.
We are looking for a commercially focused Compensation & Benefits Lead who can demonstrate deep technical expertise in all areas of compensation and benefits planning. In addition, the individual will have experience managing and evolving rewards function through periods of change and organizational growth. As North America is part of a larger global business, exposure to an international work environment is highly desirable, as is experience gained within a highly matrixed structure. This role would suit an individual who values seeing practical results from their input and who can appreciate how their strategies impact the bigger picture.
