The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) leader with a proven track record in both consultancy and corporate settings to be able to build a world class TA function from scratch for the organisation. This role will partner closely with HR and Business leadership both at a regional and global level.  

The Individual

The successful candidate needs to be both hands-on and strategic with strong communication and influencing skills. The individual needs to be a self-starter with entrepreneurial sprit and able to navigate within a highly complex global organisation.
