We are working with a global MNC in the consumer sector. They a have strong presence globally as well as in Asia Pacific.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of HR, this role will work closely with the senior leadership team to lead the development and implementation of talent management strategy in alignment with the wider Company Strategy. This includes talent acquisition, talent performance & development, talent review & succession planning, culture & diversity, as well as OD and change management. A key objective is to identify capabilities needed within the organisation to meet the current and emerging business needs. This includes evaluating current capabilities and identifying gaps to future requirements and prioritising development activities. The Greater China Head of Talent is a critical role that will enable HR to drive the people agenda and build a strong end-to-end talent view.  

The Individual

You have an accomplished background in talent management and have experience shaping an organisation that’s been growing rapidly. You should be able to design as well as operationalise the talent strategies to help build the future workforce and continue to enhance organisation and talent capabilities. You are a self-starter who can work with multiple stakeholders amongst ambiguity. You are a strategic leader with strong people leadership and can build good rapport and relationships, with maturity, gravitas and humility.
